Hussainabba death case; body taken out from grave

Udupi: As part of further investigation into the death case of Hussainabba, his body was taken out from the graveyard in the presence of Magistrate, Irfan here on Monday.

Inquest was conducted in the presence of relatives of Hussainabba, and investigating officer, Hrishikesh Sonawane.

Further probe was led after his family complained that Hussainabba’s death had occurred under police custody.

Magisterial probe is being conducted on the basis of this complaint. Ten persons including Hiriadka station sub-inspector of police and two police constables have already been arrested in this case.
