I am doing fine, no need to worry: Siddu

PTI, Apr 29, 2023, 2:58 PM IST

With just a few days left for the assembly polls, campaigning is well underway as parties compete to win over voters. One such campaigner is Congress leader Siddaramaiah, who was recently in Kudligi to support the party’s candidate Dr. NT Srinivas.

During the campaign, Siddaramaiah got inside his car, stood on the footboard, and waved to his supporters. After a few seconds, as the leader tried to get inside the car, he started to lose his strength and began slowly falling backward.

Siddaramaiah’s assistant, who was right behind along with a few other followers caught him and moved him inside the car.

Following the incident, Siddaramaiah took to Twitter and wrote, “I am doing fine and there is no need to worry. It was just a slip while getting inside the car. I request the media people not to report it in a way that scares people.”
