Illegal beef transportation in M’luru: Two arrested, 10 ton meat seized

Mangaluru: Bajrang Dal activists on Sunday, October 18 morning conducted an operation and seized a fish van for illegal transporting beef in Mangaluru.
It is reported that the activists after learning that that beef was being illegally transported in a fish van from Kerala to Mangaluru intercepted it near Kankanady, and handed over the vehicle to the city police.
During the operation, ten-ton of meat was seized and two people who were present in the vehicle were also arrested.
