IND vs BAN: India crush Bangladesh by an innings and 130 runs

Indore: India extended their overall dominance against Bangladesh by an innings and 130 runs in the 1st of the ongoing 2-Test series in Indore on Saturday.

The visitors were all out for 213 runs in their second innings in Indore. There was some late resistance in Bangladesh’s 2nd innings as Mushfiqur Rahim hit a fifty supported by Litton Das and Mehdy Hasan but it wasn’t enough to prevent the 1st Test ending inside 3 days.

With an unassailable 1-0 lead in the 2-match series, India has control of the trophy The second Test, which be a day-night match, will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata from November 22

Bangladesh: 150 and 213 in 69.2 overs (Mushfiqur Rahim 64 ; Mohammed Shami 4/31).

India 1st innings: 493 for 6 declared in 114 overs (Mayank Agarwal 243, Ajinkya Rahane 86, Cheteshwar Pujara 54; Abu Jayed 4/108).
