Indiabulls Housing Fin raises Rs 2,000 cr via bonds

New Delhi: Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it has raised Rs 2,000 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis.
“The company has today allotted its sixth tranche of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 2,000 crore,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
This is part of the company’s Rs 10,000 crore capital raise plan that was announced in June this year.
The securities were allotted with two options – Rs 500 crore with two years maturity at coupon rate of 7.45 per cent per annum and Rs 1,500 crore with three years tenor offering interest of 7.55 per cent per annum.
