Indira Canteens to serve pulav, payasam from March 1

Bengaluru: Congress initiative Indira Canteens will have special varieties which include Payasam, various types of palav, aloo kurma and other delicacies from March 1.
Payasam will be served only during lunch, peas pulav, palak idli, sabudana kheer, veg palav, aloo palav, aloo-batani curry, aloo kurma, tadka idli, curd, salad and jeera rice will feature on the menu and will be served over the week.
BBMP commissioner N Manjunatha Prasad has directed officials and contractors associated with the canteens to ensure the changes are implemented from March 1.
