InsureMile partners with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to help eliminate classroom hunger

Bangalore: InsureMile an online insurance web aggregator platform has announced its partnership with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which strives to address classroom hunger and focus on improving nutritional levels among children by implementing the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in Government and Government-aided schools. As part of the partnership, every policy sold on the InsureMile platform will ensure that a 25 meals percent contribution is made toward buying a child a meal.
The initiative is set to benefit over 10,000 number of children across 125 number of schools across Karnataka.
Mallesh Reddy founder and CEO of InsureMile said, “We are pleased to partake in this noble cause and give back to the community. We look forward to working with Akshaya Patra to eradicating classroom hunger and we hope that this motivates more people to help make this initiative successful.”
