IPS Officer Sends Practicing Athletics Out of Stadium in Bengaluru to Protect Wife’s Privacy

Bengaluru: Karnataka Youth Empowerment and Sports Department Director, IPS officer Anupam Agarwal has allegedly insulted national, international level athletics in an incident reported on Saturday in the state capital.
IPS officer, the stadium director forcefully sent the players out of the stadium to facilitate his wife’s practice and to protect her privacy when athletics were on their routine practice. Anupam has also used home guards to keep the athletics out of the stadium, sources said.
The officer allegedly tried to keep his wife out of the sight of the players as she is a beautiful lady, visual media reported. The players who sent out the stadium were seen practicing in Cubbon Park of the city. IPS officer has reportedly asked all police stations not to receive any complaint against his act and rejected all allegations made against him in a statement to visual media.
