The procession was led by Dr. Swastishri Charukirthi Bhattaraka Panditacharya Varya Maha Swamiji. Jain community leaders including Pushparaj Jain, Suresh Ballal, Sudarshan Jain, Ratnakara Jain, and Jagatpal Jain were present.
The march started from the Clock Tower and concluded at the District Collector’s office, where a request was submitted to the Chief Minister through the Deputy Commissioner.
In his address before the procession, Maha Swamiji emphasized the need for a thorough investigation and appointment of a proper investigation team to prevent the arrested accused from escaping the clutches of the law.
