Belagavi: The parents of the woman involved in the CD case have stated that they are not making any statement under pressure.
Speaking at a news conference in their residence here, they said, “We do not know how much torture our daughter is going through. She is acting as per DK Shivakumar’s instructions. She must be protected.”
“The State’s chief minister, chief justice and the home minister should consider what she’s been saying for the past 25 days in her video statements. She should be given time for at least 3-4 days for counselling before taking her statement,” they added.
“I’m a retired soldier. I will give security to my daughter, let her come back,” the father of the woman said.
