Bengaluru: The lawyer of the woman involved in the sex video scandal allegedly with MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi has received permission from a court here allowing her to record her statement before a magistrate.
The lawyer later informed that the woman will give her statement before the evening of March 30.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the case has assured the lawyer that proper security will be provided to the woman and accordingly several police officials were seen around the court.
The SIT said that the officials will be posted at the court till evening as the woman had alleged a threat to her life in her video statements.
