JD(S) state president AH Vishwanath suffers mild heart attack

Bengaluru: Janata Dal-Secular (JDS) president AH Vishwanath suffered a mild heart attack on Saturday at an event in Hyderabad.

Vishwanath who was in Hyderabad to attend an event complained of uneasiness while he was about to get into the flight. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital for treatment by the airport staffs. Doctors at the hospital, Vishwanath is on the path to recovery.out of danger.

Congress leader HM Revanna is accompanying him at the hospital, informed sources.

It is gathered that the leaders of JDS are planning to airlift Vishwanath from Hyderabad to Bengaluru for further treatment at Jayadeva Hospital.

Vishwanath, who is a heart patient already has three stents.
