Joyride turns fatal for three youths; one killed, two injured during bike ride near Nelyadi

Puttur: One person was killed and two others have been severely injured after their bikes met with an accident on NH 75 near Nelyadi.
The deceased has been identified as Manoj, a resident of Puttur.
Reportedly, the accident happened when a team of youth from Puttur went out on a joyride on their bikes on Monday, September 6.
On Bengaluru-Mangalore National Highway, Manoj’s bike was hit by a container truck coming from Bengaluru and he died on spot. Other team members who were ahead of him were informed about the accident.
While they were returning to the accident spot, one of the bikes carrying two members skid on the road, leaving them severely injured.
