K R Patkar resigns from president post of Shirva Gram Panchayat

Shirva: Shirva Gram Panchayat President K R Patkar has resigned from the post on personal grounds.

The resignation letter handed over to the Assistant Commissioner of Kundapura Sub-Division has been approved.

However, he has expressed his desire to continue as a member of Gram Panchayat.

He had implemented several infrastructure development projects. Notably, a fully air-conditioned Anganwadi, which was first-of-its-kind in the state, was built during his tenure as GP president.
