Kadaba: Ex-serviceman dies after collapsing during flag hoisting ceremony

Kadaba: In a tragic incident, a former soldier of the Indian armed forces collapsed and died during the flag hoisting ceremony on August 15.
The deceased has been identified as Gangadhara Gowda.
A flag hoisting ceremony was held by Kuntrupady Gram Panchayat near Amrita Sarovar at the old station. Gangadhar suddenly collapsed soon after giving a call for saluting the national flag, sources said.
Though he died on the way to the hospital, sources added.
