Kadaba: Hours after a leopard attacked two people in Renjiladi village in the taluk, the forest department has managed to successfully trap the wild cat.
Locals had expressed fear that the leopard had been hiding in the plantation after assaulting Chandrasekhar and Soumya Kamath while they were working on changing the sprinkler in their plantation.
Following this, the forest department officials had laid a trap and tranquilized the leopard after spotting it on a tree.
