Vittal: Ten persons have been arrested by Vittal police in connection to three cases including illegal transport of cattle and for indulging in a fight and have ben produced to the court.
The arrested are identified as Kadambu resident Abdul Aziz (34), Radhukatte resident Jaya Kottary (33), Balugodu resident Dhananjay (30), Kapukodi resident Yatish Shetty (26), Kadambu residents Ansar (23), Iqbal (24), Abdul Majeed, Ashraf, Umar Farooq and Ismail. They have been arrested relating cases including assault, illegal slaughter of cattle and obstructing police from discharging their duties.
The accused were identified, located and arrested by Vittal Station Inspector Yallappa, SI Harish, policemen Manjunath, Rakshit, Pratap, Ashok, Hemaraj andHalesh under the guidance of DK SP Laxmi Prasad, Bantwal ASP Saidulla Adavat, CI Nagaraj.
