Kalaburagi: Talwar community members wave black flags at CM Bommai

Members of Talwar community waved black flags at Chief Minister BS Bommai as a mark of protest demanding the issuance of Schedule Tribe (ST) certificates to them.
The protest took place during Bommai’s visit to Kalaburagi on the occasion of Kalyana Karnataka Liberation Day.
The Talwar community members raised slogans when the CM was about to offer floral tributes to an effigy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Police have arrested 25 persons in this regard.
