Kannada movie “Nimmellara Ashirwada” set to hit theatres today

Kannada movie “Nimmellara Ashirwada” is all set to hit theaters across the state today. Produced under the banner of Varun Cine Creations, the film has generated immense anticipation among the audience. Varun Hegde, the producer of the movie, has expressed his excitement for the grand release.

The film, directed by Ravikiran, boasts an impressive cast, with the talented Prateek Shetty making his debut as the lead actor. Opposite him, the ever-charming Payal Radhakrishna takes on the role of the lead actress.

Set in a quaint coastal town filled with warm-hearted people, “Nimmellara Ashirwada” centers around a police officer who emerges as the hero of the narrative. The storyline delves into the officer’s journey, from witnessing numerous struggles to finally donning the uniform of a policeman. The scenic coastal area served as the picturesque backdrop for the film’s shooting.

The movie features a talented ensemble cast, including acclaimed actress M.N. Lakshmi Devi, Mime Ramdas, Aravind Bolar, Swathi Gurudutt, Rakesh Poojary of comedy kiladi fame, Sadashiva Amin, and Dinesh Mangalore, renowned for his villainous portrayal in the blockbuster “KGF.”

Director Ravikiran expressed his gratitude to the dedicated team behind the film’s creation, including Saravanan G.N. for cinematography, National Award winner Suresh Arumugam for editing, Sunad Gautam for composing the melodious songs, and Vivek Chakraborty for the captivating background score.

The film’s soulful songs have already captured the hearts of fans, with special acknowledgment given to the police department through the heartfelt track “Rakshak,” sung by the talented Raghu Dixit. Other soul-stirring melodies in the movie are sung by Rajat Hegde, Ninada Nayak, and Nihal Tauro.

During the pre-release event, attended by producer Uday Kumar Hegde, Walter Nandalike, and lead actors Prateek Shetty, Aravind Bolar, Mime Ramdas, and Purushottam Bhandary, the team expressed their confidence in “Nimmellara Ashirwada,” expecting it to be a treat for Kannada cinema lovers.
