Kannada writer B. A. Sanadi dies

Belagavi: Kannada writer B.A. Sanadi died on on Saturday evening in Kumta. He was 86.
Sanadi, who hailed from Shindolli in Belagavi district was a winner of the coveted Pampa award and Rajyotsava award.
Prakash Deshpande, president of the Hukkeri taluk Kannada Sahitya parishat condoling Sanadi’s death he said that Sanadi was among the few writers who had worked as an organic link between the literary worlds of Kannada and Urdu. It is a huge loss to Karnataka.
It is gathered that the final rites will be conducted at Shindolli on Sunday evening.
