Karkala: A 65-year-old man died after he accidentally fell into a well here on Saturday, November 16.
The deceased has been identified as Raju Shetty a resident of Beluvai.
Reportedly he was cleaning the premises near the well when he slipped accidentally into the well.
A team from the Fire and Rescue Department, led by Assistant Station Officer Chandrashekar, along with personnel Hariprasad Shettigar, Ganesh Achar, Sanjay, Bhimappa, and Basavaraj recovered his body.
