Karkala: Bus and tipper lorry collide on state highway

Karkala: A private bus collided with a tipper near Bailur Bastri on the Karkala-Udupi state highway on Monday.
The incident took place in front of Bylur Bastri School in which the bus driver and passengers were injured.
A ‘BMS’ bus moving from Udupi to Karkala collided with a tipper on its way to Bailur from Karkala. The front of the bus was completely damaged. The tipper was also damaged.
A case has been registered at Karkala Rural Police Station.
