Karkala: School bus topples; Several injured

Karkala: Several students from a Vijayanagar school on an excursion were injured after the bus in which they were traveling toppled near Nallur on the Dharmasthala-Karkala state highway on Monday.

The students of Basaveshwara High School in Kottoor taluk of Vijayanagara district were on a trip to the coastal districts in a private bus.

Three teachers and two students have been severely injured in the incident.
