Karkala: Sri Sugunendratheertha Sripada visits Padutirupati Sri Venkataramana temple

Udupi: Sri Sugunendratheertha Sripada of Sri Puthige Matha, visited the Padutirupati Sri Venkataramana temple in Karkala.
Shripada was traditionally welcomed. Talking about Koti Gita Lekhana Yajna, the foremost project during His Holiness’ Chaturtha Paryaya, Sripada said that it provides a good opportunity to expand one intellectual level by writing Bhagavad Gita by hand.
On this occasion, devotees were given the initiation into the Koti Gita Lekhana Yajna and invited to Vishwa Gita Paryaya Utsava.
Photograph Exhibition
An exhibition featuring the memorable photographs of Sri Sugunendratirtha Sripada will take place at Inayat Art Gallery, Kunjibettu Katte Acharya Marg, Udupi. The inauguration will be conducted by Sri Sugunendratheertha Sripada himself. District In-charge Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar, District Deputy Commissioner Dr K. Vidyakumari, and former MLA K. Raghupati Bhat are expected to participate. The exhibition will be open to the public from January 16 to January 18, between 10 am and 7 pm, said J. Liaquat Ali.
