Bengaluru: Several pro-Kannada organisations have called for a state-wide bandh on Thursday, February 13.
The bandh is being called in demand for the implementation of the Sarojini Mahishi Report which recommends reservation of jobs in the state’s private and public sector for state domiciles.
The bandh is also supported by Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and the Lorry Owners Association. State public sector employees unions, BMTC and KSRTC unions, are not participating in the bandh.
