Karnataka Chief Minister’s Elder Daughter-in-law Seeks Police Protection

Bengaluru: In a suspicious incident, Smitha Rakesh, daughter in law of Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah and wife of elder son of the chief minister, late Rakesh complained the Malleshwaram police to provide necessary protection to her, her mother and children who have been residing in the state capital. The complaint filed after Smitha her family members came into conclusion that a group of people entered the premises of her residence without her knowledge on late night of June 15 for unknown reason.
The unknown persons broke the tube light installed at the entrance of the residence. Smitha stated in her complaint that, the incident has created tensions in her residence and the police should take necessary steps to protect her and her family members immediately.
