Karnataka Chief Minister’s Son Gets Clean Chit from ACB in Tender Scam

Bengaluru: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) gave clean chit to Dr Yathindra, son of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inconnection with an alleged tender scam. ACB in a statement said, it has decided to close the case file as there is no strong evidence to prove the allegations made against Dr Yathindra.

Earlier, opposition BJP had alleged that Dr Yathindra involved in tender scam after Matrix Imaging Company obtained tender to provide lab facility to the poor at Victoria hospital in the state capital as Dr Yathindra holds shares in Matrix Company.   

The opposition BJP had also accused that the state government had handed over land to the Matrix Company using the political influence of the chief minister.
