Kolar: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has asked for a detailed report from the state Department of Health and Family Welfare on the media reports on the alleged death of new born babies following negligence by the hospital authorities in Kolar district. Chief Minister’s statement came in the wake of the death of three babies Sri Narasimha Raja Hospital in Kolar since August 22 which has created concern among the public.
Meanwhile, the Department of Health and Family Welfare has issued a clarification on the reports of death of children telecast in some television channels.
