Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah to Legally Move Against BJP Leaders for Baseless Allegations

Mysuru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has rejected all land scam allegations made against his son Dr Yathindra by the leaders of Karnataka state BJP unit on Saturday. Speaking to press reporters here in Mysuru today, Siddaramaiah said he is planning to register defamation suit against BJP leaders who made baseless allegation in opposition to his son.

Siddaramaiah has further added that, the documents which have been released on Saturday as proof, evidence to the allegations are old land records and can’t be treated as evidence. The allegations were made by MLC, BJP leader BJ Puttaswamy in a press conference held at BJP office in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru on October 7.  Chief Minister has also stated that, BJP is busy with making baseless allegations against him and his party as state assembly elections are nearing and are scheduled for next year.
