Karnataka CM to Visit All 224 Assembly Constituencies as Part of Election Strategy

Bengaluru: Karnataka chief minister, congress leader Siddaramaih is reportedly to hold campaign at all 224 state assembly constituencies from December 15 to January 15 to get the support of the voters in the wake next state assembly elections scheduled for 2018, sources said.
Month long campaign with a motto, Chief Minister’s Walk to Assembly Constituency’ is an attempt to counter the efforts of BJP to reflect the failures of the state government as part of their strategy for next assembly elections. The decision to hold such a massive month long campaign came after BJP decided to conduct ‘Rath Yatra’ in Karnataka to get favours of the voters. Chief Minister is very likely to hold public conventions in every taluk of the state with a road show.
