Karnataka: Decision on state board exams soon

Bengaluru: After the Centre announced the cancellation of the CBSE class 12 exams, the state government said it will make a decision on the state board exams soon after weighing all options.
Speaking with this regard Primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar said that a decision will be taken at the earliest keeping in mind the health and future of students
“The decision will be announced after assessing the situation in the state,” he added.
Meanwhile, Twitterati chastised Suresh Kumar for showing no concern for state board students. Requests poured in to cancel the Class 10 SSLC and Second PU board exams in the State.
Both SSLC and II PU exams have been postponed. SSLC was scheduled for June 21 and II PU from May 24.
