Karnataka govt extends deadline for property regularisation to Mar 31, 2022

Bengaluru: The State government has extended the last date for regularisation of properties built on government land to March 31, 2022.
Revenue Minister R Ashoka said that the extension is being done due to the lockdown.
The last date was earlier extended to July 31 due to the Lok Sabha elections.
Ashoka added that the applications for regularisation under Section 94C and 94CC of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act will be processed within a year.
