K’taka govt directs hospitals to admit patients without COVID-19 test report

Bengaluru: In a circular issued on July 13, the Government of Karnataka has stated that hospitals must admit all patients without asking or waiting for their COVID-19 test reports.
”… Hospitals SHALL NOT insist on any letter from …(BBMP) or Lab reports or any BU number,” the circular reads.
The circular also states the protocol to be followed for asymptomatic COVID-19 patients.
