Karnataka govt unlocks six more districts

Bengaluru: The State government has ordered the unlocking of six more districts of the State, as the COVID-19 positivity rate in them is decreasing.
Further relaxation will be effective in the districts of Udupi, Shivamogga, Bellary, Chitradurga, Bengaluru Rural and Vijayapura along with the 16 districts where the lockdown was already relaxed.
Accordingly, residents in these districts will now be allowed to purchase essential items till 5 pm.
Additionally, in these districts, bus, metro trains, hotel, clubs, outdoor shooting, outdoor sports (without spectators), lodges, resorts and gyms can be operated at 50% capacity and without the use of air conditioning.
