The PIL was submitted by senior journalist Hamid Palya stated that the court should form two separate special investigation teams to investigate the two cases those created sensation in Karnataka and in the country as Karnataka State BJP president BS Yeddyurappa alleged that the diary seized by the officials from income tax department (IT) at the residence of Karnataka Congress MLC Govindaraju contains information on unaccounted money transferred by the state Congress Party leaders to their party high command in New Delhi to retain their positions in the party and cabinet.
