Bengaluru: From September 1, all seats in the KSRTC, NWRTC, NERTC and private buses can be fully occupied.
Since the lockdown began bus services were first stopped and then in the later Unlock process was allowed to run limited services with social distancing: alternative bus seats to be vacant.
State Road Transport Corporations along with private bus operators have been facing huge losses in the past six months due to the lockdown.
The rules on wearing facemasks, however, continues along with sanitisation of buses. Additionally, no standees will be allowed on the buses.
