Kasaragod: Missing interfaith couple found dead

Kasaragod: A interfaith couple who had gone missing a few days ago were found dead at a lodge here.

The deceased are KM Mohammed Shareef (40) of Rajapura Kalluru an autorickshaw driver and  Sindhu (36), of Kallur’s Pulikuliya.

The couple had gone missing on January 7 following which both families filed a complaint.

It is gathered that on January 18 the duo had check-in to a lodge in Guruvayoor, next day afternoon the staff at the hotel knocked on the door to check their welfare as they did not come out of the room after checking in.

When the staff peeped through the window, the couple was found hanging themselves from the ceiling fan.

As per sources, Sindhu is married with two kids and Shareef is married with three kids.
