Kasaragod: Missing person found murdered, body discarded in toilet pit

Kasaragod: The mortal remains of a missing person were found dumped in the toilet pit at Sitangoli Pirippalla under Badiyadka Police Station.

The deceased, identified as Thomas Crasta (23) a resident of Piripalla, was reported missing for 2 days.

Thomas’ body was found stuffed in a gunny bag in the pit located at his neighbor’s house, sources said.

Badiyadka police reached the crime scene and carried out inspections. It is suspected to be a case of murder. The culprits are yet to be identified.

Badiyadka SI K P Vinod Kumar said that the circumstances behind the death are being investigated.
