Kasaragod: Three children of same family drown in pond

Kasaragod: Three kids of a single-family died on Thursday, April 30 after drowning in a pond at Kalluravi, Kanhangad.

The deceased are identified as Nishad (6) son of Sameer, Ajnas (5) son of Nasir, and Basir (4), son of Nooruddin.

As per resources, the children went to play at the pond. However, they got stuck in the silt and drowned into the pond.

The parent started looking for them in the house and found the bodies in the pound which is located 200 meters away from the house.

The localities took the kids to a Kanhangad hospital but declared dead by doctors.
