Kasargod:  A two-year-old child breathed its last after a TV set fell on its head in Bovikkana at Kasargod.

The victim, Muhammed Shakir, was the only child of Nisar-Fayisa couple from Ukrapady.

The unfortunate incident occurred on Wednesday, February 3, at the child’s grandmother’s place in Bovikana.

Apparently the child pulled the TV cable while playing, which led to the TV falling directly onto the child’s head, making a huge sound.

The parents rushed Shakir to Kasargod hospital but couldn’t save his life.
