Kasargod: Yogi Adityanath to launch BJP’s Vijay Yatra

Kasargod: Uttar Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be inaugurating the party’s ‘Vijay Yatra’ to be headed by Kerala BJP president K Surendran on February 21.

The party’s Kerala and Karnataka leaders will be attending the inauguration.

The Yatra will begin from here and will conclude at Thiruvananthapuram on March 7.

The local police have implemented various traffic arrangements and diversions around the venue – Talipadvu ground.

Measures for traffic control will be in place from Vidyanagar to Kumbla from the time the program begins, at 3 pm, till its end.

Vehicles travelling from Mangaluru to Kasaragod and Kannur should travel via Kumbla – Seetangoli – Uliyatadka – Udayagiri – Vidyanagar.

Vehicles travelling to Kumbla and Mangaluru should travel via Vidya Nagar – Udayagiri – Uliyatadka – Seetangoli – Kumbla.

Small vehicles from Kumbla and Mugral Puttur will have to travel by Chowki, Uliyatadka, Vidyanagar to reach Kasaragod.

Tanker trucks, if possible, should be parked on the side of the Mugral road, District Police officials said.
