Kapu: A complaint has been registered at the Kapu police station about the suspicious behavior of two unidentified youths who arrived at the house of Sudhir Sonu, who is Kapu chief Bajrang Dal convenor.

Two youths, alleged to be Muslims, arrived at Sudhir Sonu’s residence in Herur Kallugudde, around 11 am on Sunday saying a person named Asif wanted to talk to him.

Suspecting their intentions, Sudhir did not heed their request and later approached the Kaup Police to register a complaint. The complaint alleged that the persons were carrying weapons.

Based on a complaint, Asif was called to the police station and interrogated. He was let off after writing an undertaking, police said.

Asif claimed that he had gone to Sudhir’s residence to ask for a loan and that he had no ulterior motives, said Kaup Sub-inspector Shrishaila Muragoda.
