Kaup: Short circuit in school; students rescued

Kaup: Hundreds of children were evacuated safely after there was an electrical short circuit in a century-old Urdu school.
It is said that the short circuit was due to water leakage through the ceilings and walls of the school.
The students immediately rushed out of the classrooms and the autorickshaw drivers of Mallaru-Pakeeranakatte dropped the children home safely.
Member of Town Municipality Nooruddin, Former President of Mallaru Gram Panchayat Sadiq Mohammed, Social Worker Rasheed and village accountant Mathai visited the school and conducted an inspection.
