KCET results announced; Varun Gowda of M’luru ranks first in Agriculture

Mangaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) on Friday, August 21 declared the results of Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2020 will be announced on August 21.

Candidates can view their results online on the official websites- kea.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in.

Out of the 1,94,419 students who had registered, a total of 1,74,345 students wrote the exams that was conducted on July 30, 31 in the state.

As many as 1,53,417 students have qualified for engineering seats this year. Among other courses 1,75,345 students qualified for Agriculture, 1,29,666 for Veterinary Sciences, 1,29,611 for AYUSH and 1,55,552 for Pharma.

Bengaluru’s Rakshit secured first rank in Engineering, while Mangaluru’s Varun Gowda bagged first rank in B.SC Agriculture.

Sai Vivek P from Bengaluru secured first rank in BVSC and B Pharma/Pharma D section.
