Kerala youth, member of IS, killed in suicide attack in Afghanistan

Thiruvananthapuram: A member of the Islamic State-Khorasan Province (ISKP), hailing from Kerala has reportedly been killed in a suicide attack on the day of his wedding according to Voice of Khurasan the mouthpiece of the terror organisation.
The youth, Najeeb Al Hindi (23) an MTech student had gone missing in August 2017 and was suspected to have travelled to Afghanistan to join the ISKP.
As per a HT report, the ISKP, in its publication, described Najeeb as a 23-year-old engineering (M.Tech) student from Kerala. The article did not provide any further details on the cause or circumstances of his death.
The article says that Najeeb was a quiet person who never complained about the living conditions in the mountains and the only thing going on in his mind was Shahadah.
He decided to get married under pressure from friends and there was an alliance for him from a girl, belonging to a Pakistani family, who was within the ISKP fold.
