Recently a public poll was conducted by the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) asking users to rate yet to be released movies they are expecting the most.
The results were surprising on one count – no Bollywood/Hindi movie made it even to the top 3 of the list.
Here are the top 5 movies from the list:
KGF 2
The Prashant Neel-directed, Yash-starrer sequel to the Kannada blockbuster emerged as the last minute topper with 27.5 per cent of the total votes.
Pushpa
This Telugu movie, starring Allu Arjun, was number one until beaten by KGF-2 at the end. It received 24.3 per cent of the votes.
Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea
In the third spot is this Mohanlal-starrer historical war Malayalam movie. The film received 8.7% of the votes.
Radhe Shyam
In fourth place is Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starring period romance movie shot in both Telugu and Hindi.
Haseen Dillruba
At the fifth position is this Netflix-produced Taapsee Pannu-starrer murder mystery Hindi movie also featuring Vikrant Massey.
