KGF advance ticket booking to start this Sunday

Bangalore: While the movie world is abuzz with the hype around Rockstar Yash starrer KGF, the movie is all set to break many records at the box office for the Sandalwood industry. With its release on 21st December, KGF has a created a ripple not only in the Kannada film world but also across the Indian film industry.  This multilingual movie will be released in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. The makers of KGF have already opened advance bookings for the film a week ahead of its release.

The official trailer of KGF, a period drama set in the 1970s, KGF follows the story of a fierce rebel who rises against the brutal oppression in Kolar Gold Fields has garnered praise from several quarters. With more than 30Million cumulative views from the trailers, this movie is all set to make a mark as the biggest release for a Kannada movie worldwide.

The film has been shot in Kolar, Bengaluru and Mysuru. KGF is written and directed by Prashanth Neel and is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films. It is the first instalment in the two-part series, followed by K.G.F: Chapter 2. The film stars Yash and Miss Supranational – Srinidhi Shetty in the lead roles.
