Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2 has added another feather in its cap. After smashing multiple records and creating history, the worldwide blockbuster hit has become the only Sandalwood film to breach the Rs 100 crore mark in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film is a sequel to “KGF”, which became a pan-India success upon its release in 2018 and made Yash a popular name beyond his original Kannada fan base.
The first part of the film featured the 36-year-old actor as Rocky, who rises from poverty to become the king of a gold mine.
Even two weeks after its release, KGF: Chapter 2 is showing no signs of flagging at the box office.
