Since its release in April, Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2 has been breaking box office records. Today, May 6, the Hindi version of KGF: Chapter 2 would gross over Rs 400 crore in India. This is a huge accomplishment for Kannada cinema. Previously, SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion, starring Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, was the only film to reach this milestone.

KGF: Chapter 2 surpassed Aamir Khan’s Dangal as the second highest-grossing Indian film on May 5. Now, the Hindi version of the film is expected to gross over Rs 400 crore in India. In India, Baahubali: The Conclusion was the only film to do this.
