Khandre slams BJP leaders for provocative statements

Bengaluru: Bhalki MLA and Karnataka Pradesh Congress working President Eshwara Khandre accused the BJP party workers of provoking people with their statements.
“Union minister Suresh Angadi and Minister CT Ravi from BJP are provoking people with their statements,” he said adding that Congress will organise peaceful protests to save the Constitution of India.
Reacting to the videos released by the Mangaluru Police, he said that he suspects its genuineness.
The Bhalki MLA alleged, “The central government is responsible for creating riots in the country by introducing Citizenship (Amendment) act. The people have taught them a lesson by ruling BJP out of power in five states.”
He also accused the BJP leaders of carrying out politics as Chief Minister Yediuurappa stated that no compensation will be provided to those who died during riots.
Khandre announced that the party will conduct a rally ‘Samvidhana Ulisi, Bharatha Ulisi’on December 28 at Bengaluru which will be starting from KPCC office.
